Jamie came to our rescue after an issue with the final approval from our first lender. She took the information supplied to the first lender, obtained the appraisal from them, worked diligently to get the required paperwork to her underwriter for approval. She did this so expediently that we only had to extend the closing by one week! By the way, she even got us a better rate than the first lender without paying any points. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for funding!
