Have you ever been able to contact a lender day or night or even couple times a day without them getting annoyed?? Yea me neither until we had the pleasure of working with Jan and her amazing team. My first lender would send my phone calls to voice mail and it took week or more for them to return my calls. When your earlier in the process to me is the most stressful. Well when is was getting close to closing the first lender denied us. Then we were directed to Diamond residential and met Jan.
