Very responsive and attentive in what turned out to be a complicated home purchase. Always prompt in answering questions, returning phone calls, emails, etc. Even on weekends and during off hours. The customer service was outstanding, and led to a problem free closing. I would highly recommend to others! Jan works hard to put a personal touch on her service, very happy with her and will go to her again for our home financing needs!
