Jan was pleasant to deal with but her office wasn??. Out of the 7 properties I bought in the last 2 years this was the worst experience. The most irritating, untrustworthy, nit pickey underwriter I have ever dealt with. An associate (Nafomj) forwarded my personal information over an unsecured setting to try and prove a point.
