Mine was a complicated application because I had never taken out any kind of loan before, nor even had a credit card. Since I had no credit score, other Banks turned me down entirely. Jen looked at the situation objectively and saw that there were plenty of other ways to prove I was solvable. She ended up getting us a rate that works for us. Jan and her team offer incredible service and support through the entire lending process. They use the latest and greatest technology which allows for easy e-signing throughout. But beyond that the team took my calls/questions at virtually any time on any day. When it came down to the wire, the team worked late into the day to ensure our closing happened on schedule without issue. You just won’t find that level of service in this industry anywhere else.
