Jan was great to work with from the start and guided us through the application and qualification process so that it was smooth and painless. Several factors, mainly weather, and some (possibly weather-based) resistance to closing by the title company came up. Jan held it together so that it took place as planned.

Jan and Jacob were fantastic! However, we had difficulty with Natalia when it came to communication and being updated throughout the process. We had to reach out multiple times to see if she had received our information rather than her letting us know. That even occurred when I specifically asked her to let me know when she received a paycheck stub I had to resend, and she did not let me know.
