Realizing the current global health crisis has had a huge impact on the daily operations of many businesses including banking. However, during the entire 7+ month process of working with Bank South we felt that WE were doing most of the footwork. Documentation was constantly requested and always in an urgent-needed now basis. We've had several other mortgages and have never had to provide so very much, or do so much follow up ourselves (ie. Contacting 3rd parties). It was all unduly stressfull.
