The process was very easy and straightforward. Jan worked very quickly and efficiently. My only downside is I know that we did not get the most competitive rates, and the fees were higher than I expected so getting the breakdown of closing costs I may have shopped around more, but I truly appreciated the simplicity of the closing process.
