No so good, but good customer service. Mine worked well untill it didn't, i believe the switch malfunctioned or broke. The store saw my review and refunded my purchase price. Thank you. So if you do have an issue I think they will refund your purchase or offer you a new item.

Very strong mixer! At first I bought a cheap $10 model from another brand and it stopped working within a few weeks.Then I decided to spend the extra money on thsis model and it works so much better than the model I replaced.I use it before I go to the gym to mix my pre-workout and it works amazing. Recommended! This is the best frother I've ever bought! Ive even gotten the botom of the top piece wet and it didnt break. It had a longer metal piece than previous purchased frothers. It actually froths and the charge lasts for a long time even though I use every day. Highly recommend!
Too powerful. Can easily splash liquid out of cup. Get adjustable speed version. Super powerful but it’s created a mess more than once when frothing coffee drinks. Now only use it for mixing salad dressings or similar in high sided bowls and jars.Ordering adjustable speed version in hopes I can use on coffee like a previous lower powered frother that eventually died.I think perhaps that the double ringed agitator on end of frothing rod may contribute to its vigor.
