Why no response from a jandy rep. I have ... Why no response from a jandy rep. I have this light and it lasted just enough to get out of warranty.
Don't Buy Jandy Watercolors! As stated by most of the reviews for the Jandy Watercolors...the light engine gives out..mine in two years...with less than 100 hours of use. I checked into replacing the light engine board but the cost is over $500. Given the numerous other complaints...I will replace the unit wth a Pentair unit...which about the same cost of the Jandy board!
Worst LED Pool Light EVER BUYER BEWARE. Worst LED Pool Light EVER! I did not buy my Watercolors LED light system through Amazon. It was installed during a pool renovation that included a total JANDY (now Zodiac) equipment package and installed by professionals. I am here looking for the replacement bulb, only to realize that there is not one. You have to purchase a whole new light fixture. For an ENORMOUS price. Terrible! Don't walk away RUN! My first Amazon review, and it is to say a product is terrible. I have now replaced these LED lights that are supposed to last 50,000 hours, twice.... at a cost of about $1,800 each time. My pool guy said that they quit because of some power issue, however he is wrong. Nothing in my house, shop, pool, etc. except these lights quit. Dont purchase We built a new pool, we purchased 4 large LED lights, they were supposed to last thousands of hours. We used them no more than 100 hours and 3 stopped worked. Replaced all three and 2 stopped working after 2 years. There is really something wrong with these lights.

Colors failed after two years! My light started losing certain colors after only two years and just a hand full of hours. I had the 3 year warranty because my pool builder was Jandy certified. I could not believe that a $600 light would start taking a crap after two years! Thank goodness for the warranty. Once my warranty runs out, I will not replace with another crappy light. I hope this new one lasts like any other LED product that is so expensive....years and years and years!
Waste of money, will not last. I have installed four of these and two of them are out within two years, the company claims 50,000 hours but ours went out with less than 100 hours, the company will not stand behind their products. Don't waste your money.
Light is NOT RELIABLE!! I've had two of these lights go out within 5 years. Was just quoted $1,122.00 by pool repair company to replace with a new one.
