Definitely an overall good experience considering how painful the loan process can be! We were first time home buyers so this was an even tougher process, and on top of that, the world was in panic mode due to Covid! Jane was very helpful is walking us through all of the details and helping assuage our fears. She would always get on the phone with us and explain whatever was needed at the time.
