I really appreciated how quickly we were able to get preapproved and to close. We were really happy with how promptly every step was completed. Everyone was quite communicative. Sometimes there was some difficulty that came from having 3 different contacts who didn't seem to all share the same information we gave them, but for the most part everything went very smoothly.
