Ms. Pagan closed our deal in November and it was one of the hardest deals to do as she was the 2nd lender, I am amaze that we were able to get a loan with the many obstacles with had with our file, however, she was always pleasant, thorough and worked diligently to ensure that we settled. We are very thankful that she was on the mortgage end of things, with Covid and so many restrictions and man power being at an all time low across the board, we are very blessed and would recommend her.

I consulted with Ms Pagan for a preapproval and left impressed with what I would call an intro to first time homebuyer course.
