I asked three different times in one day for a report on a few vehicles to see if was even worth the drive to their dealership which I never received but apparently when you don’t schedule a time to come and visit for a test drive it’s not important enough to them to get a sell. I’ll take my business elsewhere

My daughter bought a car from this dealership was told it was a super good deal not even 500 miles later the front a arm broke the axle fell out while she was driving down the road it had ball tires on it air conditioner does not work!! She asked if they could help in someway to recoup some of the cost as she spent another $1500 out-of-pocket for repairs and was told sorry but it was such a good deal it was only as ours and this was within a week buyer beware definitely do your homework on this dealership they sell junk in m... read more

I would not recommend purchasing any kind of vehicle here. I do not have a lot of money, I am 24 years old and have 2 children I purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey from this location and within a week of driving the vehicle the tire flew off while I was on the interstate going 65 mph. With my 2 year old and 7 month old in the vehicle while we were out of town. I was not told the air conditioning doesn’t work. Bought a truck from the dealership (Holdrege Nebraska) sight unseen after all the delivery driver blew a tire on the way (after I told the dealership to replace the tires) me and a buddy put the spare tire on (that was also trash) and I limped it back to the dealership that I was suppose to meet them at (Larned Kansas). Absolutely terrible communication and business skills. We received a letter in the mail stating they would pay off our current vehichle if we were interested in trading. We started seriously looking at vehicles as well as communicating with Grant, then later was contacted by a sales lady, Lori I believe was her name. We found the perfect vehicle for our family and budget. took my ram in to have a recall fixed called them to see if my truck was going to get done on the day I had service schedule they told me yes and then few hours later they called me and told me that the guy had to leave went in to get my truck lady was very rude she was on the phone ask her if they did any work on my track she said no and went back to her phone call and told whoever was on the phone I was being rude to her I will never go back to again taking my truck somewhere else service department sucks
