What almost turned out to be a messy closing turned out great as Jared stay in constant communication as the builder and the loan company worked through some last minute issues. He stayed in constant contact with me until we were finally able to close at 6pm and then made sure everything was completed after we were done with a final follow up that night.

Jared picked up the pieces from our previous loan office through KBHS who was absolutely horrible. Jared was able to communicate frequently and quickly. He made us feel like he cared about the closing of our home. He worked with our new processor to get the job. We had basically been stuck in underwriting for a year with out previous loan officer and then came Jared- he was like superman!!! He saved the day and made things happen the way they should have been in the first place. Thank you Jared, we really appreciate you.

Our previous loan officer really dropped the ball on us. Had no communication, no organization and a lot of miss information. Jared did an outstanding job of keeping us updated, and informed. Checked in with us weekly, and always followed up. Honestly can not thank Jared enough for his professionalism.

My husband and I were passed through multiple different people for months without any valuable help. Luckily the last person we were assigned to was Jared Jacobs!
