My wife and I bought our first home through Jarrod at Leader One Financial. Throughout the whole process Jarrod made himself readily available for questions, and spent extra time with us when necessary. There were a few bumps in the road, however I would expect that's common anytime an fha 203k loan is involved. Overall, we could've been happier with Jarrod, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
