We were not told that when we got the initial numbers for closing that we were buying a point down by Elaine. We were told that we had the chance to buy it down; it felt uncomfortable and I didn’t appreciate the fact that it wasn’t a choice we made. This is the second time I close with PRMG the first time I dealt with Jasmine directly and it was a completely different experience.
