Jason was assigned to my loan mid-way in the process. He came on and was able to provide EXCELLENT customer service!! When I called him, he called me back, when I text him, he would text me back, when I emailed him, he responded, quickly. When I asked Jason if we could increase the loan amount to bring down the deposit since process were higher then I was told, he made it happen. However, I didn't appreciate that I was given the wrong price for the deposit in the first place after I asked to verify the amount with someone else, not Jason, it was before he took over.
