Bad Experience, Misled, No Results, Wasted Money and Time Bad experience. Only AFTER taking many thousands of dollars, it was mentioned the procedures we did wouldn't work without adding on entirely different procedures. Dr. Emer's Aerify Kit is Incredible! Dr. Emer is so kind, and really took the time to understand my concerns. I started using his Aerify at home kit and my skin looks INCREDIBLE. (Some of my new favorite skincare products!) I cant wait to try the other treatments he recommended.
I Had an Amazing Outcome Aesthetic, anatomy knowledge, trustworthy, no lasers and fad promising equipment only well researched and thought out use. Best injector and fillers as well as female (male as well) facial sculpting, jawline countering, honest and open discussions of expectations. Unbelievably well trained staff, knowledgeable about the aspects of their field, aesthetician and product knowledge and usage tailored to specific needs.
Consultation review: Not Worth the Time They offer free consultation so I booked. I should have known from them offering products to me on the phone that they would try to up sell me when I arrived. Low and behold they started pushing facials and a whole array of other unnecessary treatments. I wanted a cyst on my genitals removed and they were talking about facials?! I didn't even bring up my acne scar issue at this point and decided that I would go elsewhere. Do your research on other platforms too!
Consultation review: overpriced and not the best experience My treatment cost came to $39,512.50, even with a discount I don't feel the price is appropriate. I found a specialized surgeon in the same area who offered the exact same procedure, hi def lipo with fat transfer and skin tightening, for $20,900. I consulted with the best doctors in the country and all but Emer had initial pricing ranged from $15k-$28k. The Scheduling Process Was Great and Very Easy! I am super excited to see Dr. Emer on July 14th......The concierge service was great and Grady did a particularly good job of patiently explaining the process...and went out of his way to be sure I had a clear understanding when answering my questions /concerns......extremely competent , patient and friendly and professional.....looking very forward to my upcoming visit!
Office review: Non-existent Customer Service Requested a consultation and it took them 9 weeks to email me & call me back! That says it all... I understand good doctors are in high demand but, if you request a consultation with Dr. Dubrow you receive an answer really fast.
There is absolutely ZERO change to my boxcar scar Beware. I contacted Dr Emer to treat a relatively small boxcar scar that I had developed between my eyes. He suggested I purchase one vial off Bellafill for $1200 and subcision for $250. They told me that I would MAYBE need a second treatment max and told me that there is no way I would use a whole vial of any filler to treat ONE small boxcar scar.
