I had tried a refi with my existing mortgage company thinking it would be be easy. After being conditionally approved all contact was lost for 90 days. I contact VIP and we closed my loan in 55 days exactly like they said and for 1/2 % lower interest rate. VIP contacted me pretty much weekly with updates on where we were in the process. Wish i would have called VIP first. It would had saved me a lot of time and headaches.
