The lack of communication the false promises of when we were going to close hard to get return phone calls unless we contacted Colin or Pam. You all started off great we’re helpful and always please thank to talk to. Did not like the several dates primroses we were going to close then not close. The experience was very stressful and wish things would have gone a lot better. As I understand you are busy and we were not you only client. Thank you for what you did do and your hard work. Linda

I know it was a lengthy process but I wasn’t happy about bing delinquent on a mortgage payment that I’m sure affected my credit. I was told to do so and only after we contacted VIP did they tell us to make a payment. Overall I’m happy with the money we’re saving and how little work we had to do. No closing costs up front and a mobile notary were nice too.

you guys were late with our stuff to continue the process which dhi told us. I did not like how one of your workers spoke to me, asking to get in touch with people that is fairly easy to get in touch, confused on why he’s asking me to do his job that should have been done WEEKS ago.Lying about them sending out voe’s on time when it was 3 days before closing. Trying to get help now to make my mortgage but no walk through or anything. I’m on my own with a company that will “walk me through”. Sucks
