I had a buyer with another lender. Near close the lender came up with multiple excuses for not being able to complete the transaction. When I turned it over for Jason to look at, he responded quickly, established it was a complex situation, resolved issues needed to pass underwriting and get a family in their new home. I understand Jason involved upper management to get the issues resolved. He went above and beyond to get this transaction completed.
