I could not recommend Jason more! If there was a way to give 50 out of 10 stars I would do it because he absolutely went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire home buying process. Jason was easy to talk to and contact about any questions. At times the underwriting team seemed to request documents we had previously sent but everything beyond that was great. I would recommend the team to others.

Had a fantastic experience buying a new home as a first time homebuyer with the Jason Mata AP Mortgage team! They were very helpful answering all my many questions regarding the home buying and finance process, and were very knowledgeable regarding the local market. Appreciate their help and expertise explaining and navigating the different CalHFA first time homebuyer assistance loans. Had a smooth experience from getting the pre-approval letter to closing!
