I can only describe my experience with Dr. Schrock as absolutely exceptional. The front desk and staff are courteous and accommodating. They are a pleasure to talk to and scheduling each visit or checkup is always stress free. As for my medical experience, Dr. Jason is personable and professional. Highly recommended Family Medicine practitioner!
I would not recommend. He tries to make you feel bad and that you are stupid. If you want to go to a doctor and leave feeling like you were condemned then go see him.
Does not do his job. Does not care about patients. Waste of time. Can't believe Ochsner would allow this. See the other 1 star reviews for more details.
His team was very demanding and did not listen to my concerns. Then comes in Jason Shrock he didn't ask questions immediately erased all my prior medications and treatments. Did not ask for medical records. And sent me to a large amount of specialist but made sure to tell the specialist He would be treating me not the specialist as far as temporary medication which is required to get my MRI. Rushed through my medical background, didn't ask any questions about my history, one of the worst expirences. Even nurse was rude. I left more confused than I came.
The appointment was rushed. He didn’t ask me any questions and didn’t seem concerned with my health issues. The staff was very friendly but I would not recommend him.
He went way to fast during the visit. Prescribed medications without explaining what they are for or what to expect when taking them.
Dr. Schrock was rude, didn’t listen to what I was saying, and was extremely condescending. I would definitely never come back to see him. It’s too bad, because everyone else in the building (nurses, front desk staff, etc.) were extremely kind. I didn’t give one star on the off chance that he was just having a bad day.
I feel like he wasted my time and my insurance deductible.
