Compared to other organizations we explored, this staff was really professional. Jason and his team gave us helpful information, stayed in touch with us, and promptly responded to our questions. They effectively provided us status updates on significant papers. Jason and his team knew what needed to be done and had the answers to our inquiries; if they didn't, they would find out for you to help as much as they could. As first-time home buyers, we were faced with a tough housing market in Los Alamos, volatile mortgage rates, and a somewhat complicated purchase situation. Well, OK, mortgages may not ever be "fun" but working with Jason and his team certainly made it easy and stress free. . Our experience working with Jason was nothing short of fantastic. I contacted Jason at 7:00 am on the day following a holiday weekend. I told him I needed a mortgage letter of approval by noon. We had never had contact before. Jason not only met my insane deadline but did so cheerfully and eagerly. He was responsive and helpful with every communication. He found cheaper and better tools to help me with my loan. He has been a life-saver!
