Jason came highly recommended by my realtor and he was able to get me into a better loan, as originally I was pursuing an FHA loan and he got me to a conventional loan. Apparently, my credit score was too good for an FHA loan and the conventional loan made more sense to me. Communication was top-notch, and Jason was supportive of me every step of the way. Every bit of advice or discussion along the way was very informative to this first-time house buyer. I was told I should have a certain amount of money on my purchase left over for expenses and this really helped me out post-purchase. Great communication, and I was advised to pursue a different type of loan that was more beneficial to me. I really appreciated everything done for me by Jason and his team.
Communication with my client and myself was definitely a key factor. Jason addressed all my clients concerns and did not push him to close early just because the loan was ready, he understood there were other things that needed to be in place as well.
