I was referred to Javier by our New Home Builder. As a result of such a poor experience we decided to use an outside lender. Javier then proceeded to share my personal financial information with the builders property manager in an email that was later forwarded to me cautioning them against my services. This in fact was undoubtedly one of thee most unprofessional experiences I’ve had . I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Did not enjoy my experience. Asked about down payment assistance programs I was eligible for and was told it would be "too much paperwork". Would not recommend.
