We had went through a long process and we ended up with Jay and he understood how frustrated we were and helped to ease the worries and move the process along. He was very knowledgeable and new how to explain the process to me, as a former banker, and then switch gears and explain it to my wife as well. I have already recommended others to use Jay for any of their mortgage finance needs.

While I was happy that Incould reach Jay and his team easily I was not happy with the length of time it took to complete the underwriting process and that they seemed ask for things in drips & drops vs one time It just seemed to me that it was a very difficult process versus my previous experience with others

Several balls were dropped and/or mismanaged during this process which I do not feel was inherently Jay's fault; however, with this being the fourth home I've purchased, this was the least favorable experience by far. From not knowing significantly important details of my case, to receiving the same requests for the same information (not additional paystubs; literally the same explanation for the exact same concern several times weeks apart), was very disappointing.
