It was painless (in what can be a painful process). Jay and Team were great and handled this tedious process with ease. If I had one area of opportunity, it would be to ask for what is needed up front in the process and do not wait until the end to ask for critical items that may take time to gather/request, etc.

The use of the videos was a good idea to educate your clients, but there were missed opportunities to revisit our needs, making sure all was understood of each party's expectation. Opportunities to communicate the details of the process based on our needs were not fully explored. The specific event was the portion of the closing where we weren’t informed that my mother would not be on the closing documentation during the signing. Communicating that process and what our responsibilities were.

Jay and his team worked tirelessly to get our loan through the underwriting process and approved in spite of ever changing circumstances. The PRMI team's response time was great and Jay never missed a moment to reach out and offer clarity where needed. If I had to do this process over again I would choose PRMI.
