I love these people. Not only the sales people but the Service people as well. Ya see, it all started when I googled Ford, I got Carthage not Jay Hatfield. I got there, in Sarcoxy and I made a mistake and called Carthage for oil change and air bag replacement. Jay Hatfield staff made room anyway for me even though I made the mistake (I always take my car to Jay Hatfield) I thought they were the ones I called lol.
