Hands down the most amazing sales team U could ever deal with! These guys went WAY above & beyond for us they even "moved mountains" to help. We didn't just have a salesperson, everyone showed kindness & paid close attention to us. They worked closely with their Columbus Hatfield's Chevy Lot to make it more convenient for us & had the utmost patience when we got cold feet & needed a night to think it over, which we ended up needing 3-4 days to be completely comfortable with. Josh Dorris, is an excellent guy to deal with, and have bought several vehicles from him over the last couple years. Customer service has always been top notch from service amongst other things. Also want to mention John Elliott who helped me with a recent vehicle issue, and was very helpful, and Laurie as well. Overall great people, and will have my business in the future!
