We couldn't be happier with Jay Hatfield Motorsports and our salesman plus fantastic friend, Josh Harrison. They truly will go out if their way to make you feel like family. They've recently moved and the whole facility is aimed-at and designed to better serve customers. I've now bought 2 ATV's from Jay Hatfield in Frontenac. Great customer service, attentive response to inquiries and best prices ANYWHERE resulted in me being a return customer. Check them out --- I worked with Josh, and also Craig and Brian -- great group of guys!! It's a drive from KC, but do the math on how much money you can save!!
The service was great.....The Wolverine is just great...We have drove down in the hollow a few times it was a great ride....Jay Hatfield Motor Sports was so nice to us very friendly. I worked a deal over the phone and by email and fully expected to have the deal change after I drove 1:45 minutes to the dealership. IT DID NOT CHANGE and they work extremely professional. They answered all my questions and every part, from sales to accessories and finance was a pleasant experience. I have a dealer for TEREX 3 blocks from my home and they made it worth my time to make the drive. At the time I thought I might not take the unit back that far for routine service but I PROBABLY WILL
