Jay and his assistant Steve made the process extremely smooth and seamless, easy to follow and very timely. Jay helped us understanding all our options considering our individual financial situation and was very transparent about our options and the entire process. On top of that, the speed until closure was fabulous - clearly because of Jay knowing what he is doing. I wished that we could buy more homes so we can do this more often with him.

More communication. People I didn’t know would contact me asking me for information. I had no idea if it was related to my refinance or if it was a scam. Considering I was getting tons of calls and emails from potential lenders after beginning the refinance process (no idea how they got my information) it would have made sense to get a heads up about who to expect to hear from and who was safe to communicate with.

Jay said what he was going to do and then he did, furthermore he provided updates throughout the process to make sure we were informed about where we were in the process and if we were going to close on time and we did, even though it was a tight timeline.

Jay worked all weekend to approve my Buyers and was creative and strategic in putting their loan package together. He moved with lightening speed and got docs out faster than I could believe.
