On May 17th, 2018, I went to Dr. Levinson’s office to pick up some free samples. There I saw a sign that said all emotional support animals need proof of license. I informed them that you cannot ask for paperwork for people to prove their support animal. You also cannot discriminate people who have mental or physical health problems and depend on the emotional support animal. Today, May 18th, the office calls me to let me know that they will no longer work with me. And hung up on me. Classy.
He seems competent technically... but i went through all kinds of procedures and got virtually no feedback.
Both my wife and I recently needed to consult a gastroenterologist. Without speaking with each other: we asked our physicians, and each recommended Levinson; we each met with the same lack of interest, responsiveness, and arrogance from his office. Speaking with a human is virtually impossible, and calls are not returned. Doctors may need staff to shield them from frequent calls, but you must leave messages to speak with staff. My requests were not returned.
