She always had the best rate and the process went very smoothly. She is also always available via text messaging and has a great attitude. This was my first time ever buying a house. Jayne showed all of the qualities in her profession that I could even think of, and more. Jayne showed patience, a high-level of knowledge in her field, and an assuring tone in what has been the most nerve wracking time of my life. Jayne provided excellent guidance through every step of a very complicated process. She was very patient and open to hearing the many questions I had making the total experience as seamless as possible. All documents I needed to sign were submitted by Jayne in a very timely manner. When you work with her you will realize you are dealing with a seasoned veteran in the lending field. Her experience will minimize your stress and you would be lucky to have her as your lender.
