Jayson was always on top of communications between me and my better half! We just closed on our KB Home and at first, the experience was a little shakey, but its new construction and there is a lot going on. Once our file got to Jayson we felt 100% comfortable with the process. He was always available for questions and he worked on some creative financing solutions to help us be as comfortable financially as we could be. If you're using KBHS ask for Jayson!

I would have loved to have better follow through communication. Example: I was told that there will be a discussion on the final closing #s but did not get one. I understand he could be busy but #s is pretty important
