I had a very pleasant experience, albeit for a root canal, at JC with Dr. Chubak. He was competent, professional and pleasant to deal with. He provided info about the procedure and answered my questions. The procedure went well, and I had no pain or swelling afterwards. The office was clean and highly professional, and the staff was helpful and pleasant as well. I would recommend the practice without reservation.

Amazing warm and helpful staff! Dr. Chubak Explained every step of the procedure before and during the entire process. He was sure to keep Me calm and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can really tell they care for their patients. Definitely highly recommended!
Great staff, and doctor. I needed help fast, and they made room for me with A++ service.
The procedure was performed with ZERO pain and in under 30 minutes. The doctor was professional, courteous, caring and friendly and the front desk staff was also very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very transparent about everything going on and I had been referred to them from a dentist I did not like and it was a very welcome change. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The services at Jacobson and Chubak are killer; clean, methodical, and thorough.
