This deal was unlike my previous experiences. I heard a lot from jd until the contract was in and the deal had begun. Then I only heard when I called to check in. I called once a week once under contract and kept hearing everything was on track. I knew there was an issue with the divorce decree originally but when I never heard about it again I assumed you had received anything needed and all was on track.
