Once again, amazing visit! JD Howard is made for keeping kids happy, and Mom's too! They had both my kids at the same time and right next door to each other, so no one had to wait and I could keep tabs on both of them. My kids LOVE going to the dentist and are so relaxed and happy! I send all my friends there!
I really like how I am treated as a patient here, customer service and satisfaction seems like a FEW steps up compared to other dental offices that I have been to (big plus). The only issue I had was the incorrect filling estimate which was priced as one filling but ended up being two which ended up being higher cost then expected. But then again, it was only an estimate.
The staff was amazing and very high tech. I would refer them to anyone I know.
Dr Chris was quick and efficient as usual. Love the promptness of the appt as well.
