I requested contractors from HomeAdvisor in October 2019 for my pool resurfacing project and got names of 4 contractors. Old World outdoor, Genesis pool, JDR pools and Williams pool and service. Williams pool and service never contacted me. Out of 3, The guy from Old World outdoor was very punctual with appointment time and came with a nice looking brochure. We ended up with washed out cement in our driveway where the re-plaster truck set up. Contractor said it was not his problem. I will repair the driveway damage, but contractors who do not protect your property during a job are not the ones I want at my house.
