They were very thorough
Everyone was friendly, courteous. If I had a question it was answered promptly. They kept me informed and made the whole process less stressful. I was purchasing from out of state so that made it more difficult but Jean was great to work with.
Specifically, Jean Kavanaugh was who I worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable and such a help!
Overall, great process. There were a couple times where attention to detail was slightly missing, notably in a document where I believe the loan amount was off by $50,000. I don't know if it ever would have made a legal difference.
