I am so thankful American Pacific Mortgage was recommended to us. We had a tricky situation with a silent second loan that American Pacific Mortgage was able to locate. We were able to refinance our loan. It did take a little longer than expected but in the end they executed. Every step was explained to us from beginning to end. Emails were answered in a timely manner or they were only a phone call away.
