Jeanette and her team were awesome! As a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions but Jeanette took her time explaining and answering our questions. Even when we were losing hope with this crazy market, she made sure to check on us and tried to help us with the different possible loans we’ll be eligible. From start to finish we always knew what the status was of our re-if. Staff is always professional and always can answer my questions. The process was very straightforward. It took a while longer than I anticipated as we needed to wait for an appraisal in my rural area, but the American Pacific Mortgage did their best to make sure everything was done as quickly and easily as possible. The dashboard with all of my mortgage information is intuitive and easy to access. Overall, a pretty painless refinancing experience.
