Everyone involved in the loan process was very professional, courteous, available and went out of their normal working hours to get the loan processed and approved. There was an incident in which one of their employees left the company leaving everyone else to pick up the pieces , and they did in a rapid manner to keep everything going as scheduled as planned. The rates at Guaranteed Rate were on par with other companies, but they had the personal touch which most companies do not.
