They do not mandate that their staff get the vaccine for Covid in order to protect their patients and will provide no assurance that staff is vaccinated which one must assume means that they are not vaccinated. I developed an abscess from the work they did in March 2020 and during the pandemic, I couldn't get them to call me back about the issues. Hoping to get an appointment to finally resolve the issue they created and now I will have to wait until the community spread dies down in Georgia before it's safe to go there.
The office manager was very rude in the resolution of an uncovered insurance billing; a panoramic x-ray was taken without a thorough conversation with the patient and it was NOT covered by Delta Dental Insurance. We’ll be finding a new dentist for the family.
RecommendedIt was such a blessing to get a same day emergency appointment for my brother. We were not previous patients, but we will be future patients The staff and Dr Williams were very thorough, patient and friendly. I would certainly recommend them.

Caring staff, willingness to work with me on scheduling my appointments, Never have to wait once you are there, caring staff from front desk to hygienist and doctor! If you are in pain they make room for you to be seen that day. And folks working there are happy...reduced my stress level! These professionals have been taking care of me and I family for at least 16 years!!
The staff and both dentist are absolutely amazing.
