Jeff Fries was extremely helpful. We were able to buy a house with his help before we sold our current home. I did not know you could do that unless you had a lot of money to put down but he helped us. Then he also made us aware that after we sold our house we could recast the loan on our new house and bring down the payment and get rid of the PMI without all the cost of refinancing.
