So we used Jeff and TownSquare Mortgage when we first purchased. August 2020 we started a refi with the current servicing company and 154 days later we had still not closed. I spoke with Jeff 2 days before Christmas. He emailed the Saturday after Christmas with preliminary docs. Jeff and his crew had us closed in under 40 days. Would have been sooner had we not had al l the holidays in the way. Thanks Jeff!!!
