TownSquare recently helped us with a re-finance, and they made it so simple and easy to do! They had originally taken care of the loan for our new home, so we already knew what to expect but are exceedingly happy with the results. I would really say that it was a good experience but I didn’t have that option. Some of his associates were not very good communicators. Some of their advisements were a mystery. We were treated like John Q Public rather than an individual that they were interested In understanding as well as making themselves understood clearly. Jeff himself was top notch in his assistance and making himself understood. Overall a good experience. Thanks.
