Jeff and his team are as good as it gets. He closes thousands of transactions a month, yet he makes you feel like you are his only customer. I don't have to monitor rates, Jeff always call me when things move in my favor. He works tirelessly for his customers, making himself available at all hours. The ability to upload all of the documentation makes closing super easy. There's no reason to look beyond Jeff and the great folks on his team at Guaranteed Rate.

Jeff did a fantastic job - he told me what he would do and then he did it; great rate and ahead of schedule. Jeff and his team did some heavy lifting in helping to restore my VA loan eligibility. Can be difficult during the best of times, downright amazing during the Covid-19 shutdown. Jeff was always quick to respond to questions and took care of every detail. Thank you Jeff!

I have used Jeff and his team for over ten years now. I have used them for mortgage financing and countless refinances. Jeff and his team have always obtained the best rate possible. Jeff and his team are knowledgeable, quick, and the consummate professionals. Their costumer service is above an beyond from beginning to end. Jeff takes his job seriously and is dedicated to helping -- if anything too dedicated! At one time I gently reminded him he isn't at my beck and call 24/7. Granted, that's a great thing to have given the stressful level of home buying. If you need a loan/refi/purchase, I'd call him. Especially on short notice. He was able to get approval, through underwriting, and in process while competitors were still giving me their crappy sales pitches on how long/slow/etc -- i.e. $$ for them. Jeff was a wonderful Loan Officer. He was very responsive and friendly. He was always available when I called and answered any question I had, no matter how small. Jeff was also very quick every time I asked for a mortgage estimate. I highly recommend Jeff to any first time home buyer!

My wife and I won't ever buy a home without Jeff's help. He's so quick at responding at all hours, flawless in his work, and leads his team well! We had a super-short window to close on our purchase and he met the impossible deadline. There were plenty of times the process could have fallen apart but he kept us on schedule and even impressed our attorney at closing with his preparedness (and interest rate!)
