Jeff did a good job with me an my loan process I don’t believe anything was his fault but I was told my rates were going to be locked in when I started the process but was then told there was a change in policy and my rate of 2.75 couldn’t be locked in and the rate changed to 3.0 not a deal breaker but sucks not getting the lower rate.
